Change Management Process

  1. Submission Request: request change description, impact and scope; submission of change request
  2. Submission Review: specs verification, resource/asset requirements, cost-benefit analysis, submission approval/disapproval
  3. Development Plan: cost-benefit analysis review, review impact analysis, resource/asset allocation, change process scheduling
  4. Implementation: change processing, finalize schedules, implement revisions
  5. Monitoring and Evaluation: milestone, success/issue monitoring and evaluation, assess change results, process evaluation for future improvements, report findings, communicate evaluation to stakeholders and process owners
