Manually pulling records from the biometric device connected to the peopleSuite may help administrators verify certain records. Here's how to do so.

1. Open Attendance Management

2. Right click Device Name <some predetermined # on your network>. Then click Connect

Once connected, the status will change from disconnected to connected.

3. Right click again the device, then click download log.

_

Once clicked, this figure will show and wait for it to finish.

Once finished, the data that have been added will be listed. Note: only new records will be added.

4. Then right click the Attendance Management icon and click open file location.

_

The file name is att2000.

5. Copy the updated database for your backup.

As you can see, the database records is now updated:
