One fine Sunday morning, a billionaire tech tycoon named Bill Geyts, went to a local farmer's market to check out some locavore produce. As he was walking around, he reached out for a list of items he wanted to check out when he accidentally dropped a hundred dollar bill. A few steps later he realized he dropped some bill. Whe he looked back, he saw a begar holding a hundred bill, motioning to return the money to Bill. Bill felt compassion and said, “it's ok… you can have it.”
A thousand miles away from that farmer's market is a single mother in Manila, feeling tired, returning from her nigh-shift work as janitress in one of Bill Geyt's outsourcing companies. She was about to take a tricycle ride when she noticed a boy approaching her and begging for food. Without hesitation, she reached for some money when she realized she barely has enough for her tricycle ride. Feeling compasion for the boy, she gave her last money, reached out for some food from her bag, and decided to walk home.
