2-Factor Authentication FAQs
Register your QR code again with another phone that has a google authenticator in it. Please see attached image for your QR code.
After QR code registration, check if both phone produces the same
token code.
If by any case they did not produce the same token code, update your
phone's Time and Date settings then reboot it.
If all else fails, you can click the “Resend token to your email
instead?” link in the login Page, right below the Token code field.
