Manually pulling records from the biometric device connected to the peopleSuite may help administrators verify certain records. Here's how to do so. 1. Open Attendance Management {{:step1.png?600|}} 2. Right click Device Name . Then click Connect {{:step2.png?600|}} Once connected, the status will change from disconnected to connected. {{:step3.png?600|}} 3. Right click again the device, then click download log. {{:step4.png?600|}} Once clicked, this figure will show and wait for it to finish. {{:step5.png?600|}} Once finished, the data that have been added will be listed. Note: only new records will be added. {{:step6.png?600|}} 4. Then right click the Attendance Management icon and click open file location. {{:step7.png?600|}} The file name is att2000. 5.
